Sona Mantri founded SprintCo with a vision to transform F&B spaces while solving real challenges for restaurant owners, from rising costs to execution inefficiencies.

Her first real exposure to design started with repairing a KFC outlet, which led her into restaurant design. Soon, brands like Pizza Hut and other multinational giants followed, drawn to her ability to turn challenges into seamless, functional spaces.

“I learned everything on the job—through mistakes, through client recommendations.”

Over time, she built SprintCo into a powerhouse—growing from a one-woman army to leading a 100+ person team that designs and delivers F&B spaces across India.

 With 30 years of experience, she has shaped some of the most recognised restaurant brands and, along the way, earned accolades such as Best Interior Designer in the F&B Industry and Outstanding Contribution in the F&B Industry (Female)
