Dolce Cafe

Type Kiosk
Location New Delhi
Client Dolce Cafe

Gelato, cakes, bakes and shakes, built for a single confident counter.

This Dolce Cafe kiosk reduces the brand's full-format cafe experience into a compact, high-visibility counter — a mall-ready format built to sell gelato, cakes, bakes, and shakes on sight.

A black-and-gold kiosk shell with backlit branding anchors a wraparound glass display, keeping the day's cakes and gelato tubs visible from every direction, while a small velvet-stool seating cluster gives guests a place to linger.

The compact footprint keeps the format flexible for high-traffic mall corridors, without diluting Dolce's premium, dessert-forward identity.

Frequently Asked Questions

What design elements define the Dolce Cafe kiosk?

The Dolce Cafe kiosk pairs a black-and-gold lacquered shell with backlit branding and wraparound glass displays, putting gelato, cakes, bakes, and shakes on full view from a compact mall-corridor footprint.

Key highlights include the illuminated black-and-gold "Dolce Cafe" signage, a wraparound glass gelato and cake display, and a compact velvet-stool seating cluster for guests who want to linger.

This is a compact kiosk format built for a mall corridor, distinct from Dolce Café's full sit-down cafe format — a wraparound display counter with limited stool seating rather than a full dining room.

The interior is designed by SprintCo, India's F&B design-build studio, which adapted Dolce's premium dessert identity into a compact, high-visibility kiosk format.

Dolce Cafe's kiosk menu is built around gelato, cakes, bakes, and shakes — grab-and-go dessert formats designed for quick service without a full kitchen footprint.
