Half Light's Gurgaon cafe pairs warm oak joinery and timber-framed glazing with textured off-white plaster walls, taupe upholstered seating, and an exposed black ceiling with ducting and track spotlights — a calm, understated palette that keeps the focus on the coffee.

Highlights include a crisp white fluted storefront with the Half Light sunrise emblem, full-height glazing that opens the cafe to the mall concourse, a window-side lounge with barrel armchairs, an oak bar ledge with high stools, long banquette runs with round terrazzo-look tables, and an open-shelf oak display wall for beans and brew gear.

The cafe follows a warm minimalist style — soft neutrals, natural oak, and textured plaster balanced against an industrial exposed ceiling, creating a quiet, light-led space suited to specialty coffee and slow brewing.

The interior is designed by SprintCo, India's F&B design-build studio, which delivered Half Light's Gurgaon outlet to carry the Jaipur roaster's calm, craft-first identity into a high-footfall mall location.

Half Light is a Jaipur-based specialty coffee roaster that sources Indian specialty Arabica directly from farms in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, roasting it in-house and serving it alongside brewing gear such as the French Press, AeroPress, and Hario V60.
